Chairman And Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gunnerman has spent the majority of his professional career in senior management positions of publicly traded and privately held clean energy technology companies. In 2008, Mr. Gunnerman co-founded Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC, a CRT Company, based in Reno, NV. Mr. Gunnerman currently serves on the Washoe County (Nevada) Organizational Effectiveness Committee and previously has served on the Board of Directors of Advanced Fuels, LLC, a joint venture company with Caterpillar Inc. based in Peoria, Illinois, Fujairah Oil Technology Limited, based in the United Arab Emirates, and the Reno/Tahoe chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He is a named inventor on five United States patents in the field of refining and fuels and has authored and presented numerous industry related papers. Mr. Gunnerman attended Ruprecht-Karls University in Heidelberg, Germany and graduated from the University of Oregon with BA degrees and honors in History and German in 1988.

Mr. McIntyre has over 17 years of investment banking experience at both Canadian and international investment banks and is currently a Principal at Origin Merchant Partners. Prior to joining Origin, Mr. McIntyre was a Managing Director in the Diversified Industries Group at Macquarie Capital in Canada and prior to that Mr. McIntyre was Managing Director in the Diversified Industries Group at CIBC World Markets, a subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Mr. McIntyre has extensive experience managing equity and debt financing as well as M&A transactions across multiple sectors, including agriculture, industrial, cleantech, retail and consumer products and business services. Mr. McIntyre holds an Honors BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Mr. Beckmen brings legal, financial and land services expertise focused specifically on the Oil and Gas sector. Mr. Beckmen founded Beckmen, Cherkassky, Dean & Associates, PLLC that later merged into Beckmen Law, P.C. based in Dallas, TX where he serves as Managing Partner. Beckmen Law has established itself as one of the leaders in Oil and Gas Law providing guidance in Regulatory, Litigation and Transactional legal matters. Previously, Mr. Beckmen co-founded Orange Energy Corporation, a fully integrated land services provider currently operating throughout the United States, with a client base that includes several Fortune 500 Oil and Gas companies drilling in the United States. In August 2015, Mr. Beckmen expanded his business ventures into the financial sector co-founding Ninth Wing Capital – a New York City based merchant and investment bank. Mr. Beckmen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 with a degree in Government and received his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006. During Law School, Scott interned at British Telecom in London working mainly on International Corporate Transactions and Litigation.

Jim Brandmueller, Ph.D., has a vast experience base in alternative energy and particularly, alternative motor vehicle fuels over the last twenty five years. In 1990, Dr. Brandmueller joined the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Air Quality. During the 1991 Legislative Session he became the lead agency contact on alternative fuel legislation in which he served as a principal drafter working with the Legislative Counsel Bureau. He subsequently was charged with initial implementation of the legislation, when adopted. In 1996, Dr. Brandmueller was selected to oversee the State Energy Program and all transportation related programs in the Nevada State Energy Office, rising in 2000 to the position of Administrator of the Office. He returned in 2009 for a brief period as the Acting Director to assist in the development of American Rescue and Recovery Act energy programs for the State of Nevada. Dr. Brandmueller is an Alumni of California State University, Sacramento; Western State University, College of Law with graduate work in Public Administration at the University of Nevada, The Naval War College and Edinburgh University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
