ClearRefining® is the world’s first pollution free refining system.

The ClearRefining® process is an automated, closed-loop catalytic system that efficiently refines clean liquid fuels. Unique to the ClearRefining® process are its low pressure (< 10 psi) and low temperature (< 300 F.) operating conditions. These safe and energy saving operating conditions coupled with environmentally engineered total heat and waste recovery strategies offer unparalleled affordability in the field of refining.

Due to its beneficial operating conditions and related cost savings, ClearRefining® systems can be designed as compact single or multiple modular units. The ClearRefining® units are assembled exclusively by the Company using components from qualified vendors and high-tech manufacturing processes including advanced robotics. Each modular unit can produce up to 10,000 gallons per day of clean liquid fuels. Larger systems or facilities can provide clean liquid fuel volumes depending on the number of modular units operating in tandem.

The modular design of the units allows for distributed upstream or downstream refining and new options for environmental initiatives such as the use of flared or vented gas from oil platforms and oil production fields or methane from landfills and waste treatment plants depending on the purity of the gas. Use of ClearRefining® can immediately and positively impact air quality in general, and greenhouse gas emissions in particular, from these highly polluting processes. ClearRefining® is a zero waste discharge system.

The ability to refine clean liquid motor and industrial fuels without emissions will also significantly impact traditional refinery and large industrial operations, potentially allowing for increased production without jeopardizing air quality and generation of emissions credits.

Product

Our clean liquid fuel manufactured through the ClearRefining® process is marketed by Advanced Refining Concepts, LLC under the trademark GDiesel®. Our product demonstrates vastly cleaner emissions and more efficient combustion consistent with the unique hydrocarbon distribution resulting from the ClearRefining® process. Our fuel contain extremely low sulfur and mineral contaminants and is fully compatible with existing fuel storage and dispensing equipment. Our fuel require absolutely zero modifications to vehicles or engines and are compatible with traditional fuel products.
